Technology
PrimeTerminal is a platform independent, web-based Java application and as such ensures easy and comfortable use and operation. PrimeTerminal may be updated automatically when new versions are available. It does not require any on-site maintenance. Individual user permissioning can help to optimize data subscription costs.
Network Infrastructures
The PrimeTerminal editions Basic and Advisor are available as
- Hosted Solution
- Deployed Solution
Hosted Solution PrimeTerminal is hosted in Interactive Data Managed Solutions' computer centers.
The hosted solution is preferred by clients who need a terminal solution that is easy to operate. Within this solution, Interactive Data Managed Solutions' server resources are used and the public Internet serves as network connection.
Thanks to standard Internet technologies, PrimeTerminal may run on common desktop PCs with an Internet connection.
Deployed Solution The deployed solution is being delivered from dedicated servers at client site. The data transfer from and to Interactive Data Managed Solutions is done traffic - and security optimized via a leased line or Radianz.
The clients are connected via the internal network, so PrimeTerminal runs on all desktop PC's with connection via the internal network, so no internet access is required from the user's PCs.
